What was the challenge?
Consider covering any of the following and provide details:
- Your Client’s pain point (inefficient contact center with low customer satisfaction, or low engagement from the existing customer base resulting in low up-sell and cross-sell, or poor lead quality as a result of the lead generation process).
- Your Client’s competition (how are you helping the customer innovate, using Infobip’s offerings, so that they can be more competitive, introduce new services, improve efficiency, and effectiveness?).
- Your Client’s budget (they have limited financial resources, but their company has to take better advantage of technology).
- Inertia (the customer has a legacy environment, and there is pushback at moving to the cloud).
- Did you face different challenges? – Please share.

Consider the following when completing this section:
Bring this to life. This is the part where the spotlight is on your client. Your client knew they needed to do something. They also knew they wanted and needed someone to guide them, and this was you/your company. So, bring the results to life and share, for example, NPS jumped from X to Y, or time to resolution decreased from X to Y/ customer engagement rates jumped from X to Y, resulting in ROI from X to Y.
Guidance from the judges
The information you provide in the submission will be all the judges have to work with to learn about your nomination. Here are some ideas the judges have shared for you to consider when creating your nomination submission.
- Keep your client in the spotlight.
- Help the judges understand your client’s journey to overcome their challenge and meet their goal with the use of your offerings, along with Infobip’s technology.
- Getting started: Start gathering all the information and supporting documentation needed (PR Articles, testimonials, etc.).
- Draft your entry offline: Completing the online form is the last step in the process. You will want to ensure you have covered all bases and are happy with what you have written.
- Use the power of the hive mind: Speak to people involved in the project in your company and get their perspective. This will help create your submission and could make the difference.
- Collect your facts: Before you begin, ensure you have all the necessary facts, including the most impactful details. Key metrics, numbers, and statistics are indispensable. Gather comprehensive data to outline the challenge and convincingly present your solution clearly. How many regions, organisations, or people did your solution impact? Is it adaptable and effective across different industries? What was the financial impact? Did productivity rise? By what margin? Did the joint solution save your client money? If so, how much? Use robust statistics to highlight your accomplishments. This detail will enhance your submission, making it more thorough and persuasive.
- Showcase your solution: Position the joint solution value in terms of innovation, technology, solution, and client return on investment.
- Speak to your client: Gather testimonials from your client. Talk to them, the satisfaction of your client with the joint solution speaks volumes.
