Infobip Partner Connect Awards (hereinafter: “Awards”)

Rules

The Awards are governed by these Rules (hereinafter: Rules). In order to enter the Awards either as an Infobip Nominee or as a Nominating Party, you must agree to comply with these Rules. Therefore, please read these Rules prior to entry to ensure You understand and agree. Not agreeing to these Rules or the terms contained within the nomination form, you will not be eligible to participate or nominate Your project.

If You are entering as part of a company or entity, or otherwise on behalf of a company or entity, You agree: (i) that these Rules are binding on such company/entity; (ii) that You are one of the following: either an employee, director, office holder, worker or authorized agent of such company/entity; (iii) that in entering into these Rules on behalf of such company/entity that You are acting within the scope of Your authority and have been validly empowered by the company/entity to enter the Awards, accept these Rules and otherwise represent the company/entity in connection herewith under the laws and regulations of the national law applicable to You; (iv) that such company/entity has full knowledge of Your actions and has consented thereto, including the potential receipt of a prize and attendance at an award event; (v) that Your actions do not violate such company’s/entity’s policies or procedures. 

All references to ‘You’ in these Rules include either a reference to You acting on Your own behalf or the company/entity on whose behalf you are acting and that is entering the Awards, as the case may be.

You agree that submission of an entry in the Awards constitutes agreement to these Rules. You may not submit an entry to the Awards and are not eligible to receive the awards described in these Rules, unless You agree to these Rules. These Rules form a binding legal agreement between You and Infobip with respect to the Awards.

AWARDS DESCRIPTION:

The Partner Connect Awards recognize Infobip Partners extraordinary efforts in setting new benchmarks, shaping the use cases of tomorrow, taking customer experience to the next level and has demonstrated strong business impact utilizing Infobip’s product stack:

1.For all Infobip Partners (excluding Telcos)

Solution Partner Award -This category awards the best conversational experience project.​ It recognizes partners who have combined their technology and service with Infobip’s SaaS and CPaaS solutions show that resulted in a tangible business impact for our joint clients.

Innovation Parter Award – This category awards partners with the most creative projects in key industries such as Finance, Retail, Public Sector, or Healthcare.​ It recognizes projects that are shaping the use cases and customer experience of tomorrow.

Technology Partner – This category awards the best solution developed using integration over Infobip’s API stack.​ We will be recognizing the next level of solutions that have been delivered by combining the partner’s technology and services along with Infobip’s technology.

Rising Star – This category is awarded to a partner who has recently joined us and has already made some great strides and shown a promising future of collaboration and innovation.​

2. For Telco Partners only:

Solution Partner – This category awards the telco who has built the best solution for our joint client.​ It recognizes partners who have combined their technology and services with Infobip’s SaaS and CPaaS solutions show that resulted in a tangible business impact.

Innovation Partner – This category awards partners with the most creative projects in key industries such as Finance, Retail, Public Sector, or Healthcare.​ It recognizes projects that are shaping the use cases and customer experience of tomorrow.

Game Changer Partner – This category recognizes the introduction of new models that will define the next stage of how telcos will operate. This can be a new business model, or a new technology shaping the future of customer experience, like network APIs or RCS. We will award the solutions that are consuming cutting-edge technology with tangible business impact.

Rising Star – This category is awarded to a partner who has recently joined us and has already made some great strides and shown a promising future of collaboration and innovation.​

ELIGIBILITY OF NOMINATING PARTIES AND NOMINEES:

Infobip Partners can nominate themselves via the official nomination form. All submissions must meet the following criteria:

NOMINATION PROCESS:

A nomination form must be filled out and completed and the Rules agreed to. The nomination form can be found here Global Partner Awards Nominations 2025 – Infobip Partnership Program

As part of the nomination, You may provide a short article that provides a detailed description or case study/success story/use case.

Alternative methods of nomination are not accepted. Incomplete nominations will not be considered. Nominations submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Each submission, including any article, case study or other supplemental material, will be considered as one Nomination. Nominations, including case studies or articles, must be in English.

You may submit multiple Nominations in multiple categories for separate use cases/ success stories or projects subject to all of the other terms in these Rules.

AWARD CATEGORY AND SELECTION OF WINNERS:

After the Nomination period closes, the submissions will be reviewed for eligibility and completion aligning with instructions on the Nomination form and the eligibility requirements in these rules.

A panel of judges for each category selected by Infobip will review all qualifying Nominations.

The criteria used by the panel judges to determine the winners are based on the eligibility criteria for the award as defined in this document, is not limited to usage of Infobip products and other important factors, including the alignment of the customer story to the award categories and their descriptions as outlined above.

All decisions by Infobip are final. Infobip reserves the right to modify or terminate the Infobip Connect Awards promotion at any time and at its sole discretion.

AWARD WINNER BENEFITS:

Each of the category winners are based on the criteria noted in the Selection of Winners section above. Prizes are non-monetary benefits, as recognition is the basis of the awards. Winner’s benefits are the following:

  1. Infobip Partner Connect Award trophy
  2. Published announcements of each winner on Infobip’s social hubs and related Infobip communities, and at any Infobip event, whether the Infobip Partner Connect Awards are announced virtually or in person.
  3. Featured in blogs, Global press release, articles, etc.

Winners are responsible for any other expenses relating to the acceptance and use of prizes. Infobip has the option, at its sole discretion, of substituting a benefit if for any reason a benefit becomes unavailable, including scheduling or availability. Benefits cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash value.

Awards and benefits will be provided if a sufficient number of eligible Nominations are received, but in no event will Infobip award more benefits than are provided for in these Rules.

To facilitate your participation in the Infobip Partner Connect Awards, we may collect the following personal data from You as a representative of your organisation:

The legal basis for processing your personal data is the legitimate interest in managing and executing the Infobip Partner Connect Awards effectively.

All personal data will be handled with strict confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this section or as required by applicable legal obligations.

WAIVER AND RELEASE

Infobip and its affiliates (“Infobip”) reserve the right, at Infobip’s sole discretion, to engage in activities with You (including Your employees and agents, collectively and individually referred to as “Company”) relating to Company’s entry and participation in the Awards.

By submitting an entry for the Awards, the Company agrees to the Rules and the submitting party represents that You are authorized to consent on the Company’s behalf.

  1. Company agrees that Company’s name, logos, trademarks, information, likeness, testimony, video, and images may be used, as set forth in Section 2 below, in the activities:

2. The following terms apply to all the activities listed in Section 1. above:

Both Company and Infobip will have the perpetual, irrevocable right to publish, use, reference, and display final, mutually pre-approved documentation, in whole or through unedited excerpts, in all forms of media now or hereafter known, and to sublicense the foregoing rights to third parties.

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property and any materials it provides. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of such materials.

Both Company and Infobip agree that content that is pre-approved will not subsequently be altered without prior written consent from both parties. Both parties also agree to stop distributing, publicly referencing, and displaying the documentation at any time upon written request from the other party. Notwithstanding the perpetual and irrevocable nature of the license granted, each party agrees to make commercially reasonable efforts to cease new public use of the other party’s materials upon written request, without liability for prior use.

Company’s agreement to participate in the Awards or the activities described in this section does not obligate Infobip to create any materials or to offer any activities to Company.

Each party represents and warrants that any materials it provides do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other party and its affiliates from any and all claims, losses, or liabilities arising from any actual or alleged infringement of any intellectual property right by such materials.

Each party further represents and warrants that it has full authority to grant the rights set forth herein and that its materials do not contain unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

Each party agrees to release the other party and its contractors, agents, and employees from any claims relating to use of the material that the releasing party provides and which is included in the documentation, so long as such use is in accordance with the rights granted under this release. There will be no compensation for any use of the documentation. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties, this release will apply to all occurrences of the activities described in this section.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU (“RELEASING PARTIES”) WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLAIM AMBIGUITY IN THE RULES, AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, AND AGREE TO KEEP INDEMNIFIED AND HELD HARMLESS, INFOBIP (THE SPONSOR) AND ITS AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASED PARTIES”) AT ALL TIMES FROM AND AGAINST ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DEMANDS, COSTS OR EXPENSES OR ANY LIABILITY OF ANY KIND (A) RESULTING FROM OR ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE AWARDS OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE OR NONUSE OF PRIZE(S)/BENEFITS THAT MAY BE AWARDED; OR (B) FOR OR IN RESPECT OF WHICH RELEASED PARTIES WILL OR MAY BECOME LIABLE BY REASON OF OR RELATED OR INCIDENTAL TO ANY ACT, DEFAULT, OMISSION, BREACH OR NON-OBSERVANCE, WHETHER NEGLIGENT OR OTHERWISE, BY A RELEASING PARTY UNDER THESE RULES.

USE OF SUBMISSIONS

Other than what is set forth below, Infobip is not claiming any ownership rights to Your submission. However, by submitting your entry, You:

Please note that following the end of these Awards, the details of Your entry and all its content in connection with these Awards may be used, published, or displayed by Infobip for promotional or marketing purposes in any media, including online platforms, social media (such as LinkedIn), video, and public displays (such as billboards). We are not responsible for any unauthorized use by third parties. While we reserve these rights, we are not obligated to use Your entry for any purpose, even if it has been selected as a winning entry.

ELIMINATION

Any false information provided within the context of the Awards concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, email address, ownership of right or non-compliance with these Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination from the Awards, in addition to any other applicable remedy.

NOT AN OFFER OR CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

Under no circumstances shall the submission of an Entry Form, the winning of an Award or anything in these Rules be construed as an offer or contract of employment with Infobip. You acknowledge that You have participated in these Awards voluntarily and not in confidence or in trust.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICITION

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THESE RULES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, SUBJECT TO, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ENGLISH LAW AND YOU AND INFOBIP SUBMIT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE ENGLISH COURTS IN RELATION TO ANY DISPUTE (CONTRACTUAL OR NON-CONTRACTUAL) CONCERNING THESE RULES AND THE AWARDS. IF ANY PROVISION(S) OF THESE RULES ARE HELD TO BE INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE, ALL REMAINING PROVISIONS HEREOF WILL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision(s) of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

MISCELLANEOUS

By participating in the Awards, You agree to be bound by Organizer’s Business Partner Code of Conduct available at: https://www.infobip.com/policies/business-partner-code-of-conduct.

Infobip reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of the Awards program if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Infobip’s control impairs the integrity of this program, as determined by Infobip in its sole discretion.

Infobip reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry or selection process or has acted in violation of these Rules.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Infobip Awards program may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Infobip reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Infobip’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Any attempts by an individual to access any website associated with this Infobip Awards program via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in the IP address becoming ineligible. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.
