You can now add Viber to your channels of interaction with customers. There are four main features you will experience:   

  • Viber as a channel will natively show as an option for your agent interface for interaction with customers 
  • Customers will have a fully branded experience as your logo will appear on the Viber conversations 
  • You will be able to exchange rich messages like images. 
  • You will also know when the message did not go through, so you can find an alternative way to reach to customer
