How it works?

Connect HumanFirst with Conversations

Login to HumanFirst and navigate to the Integrations tab. Select “Add Integration,” then select “Infobip” and input the requested requirements to connect your Conversations account. To purchase a full HumanFirst subscription, schedule a meeting with the HumanFirst team.

Import Conversations Data

With the integration set up, you can import Conversations data directly into a HumanFirst workspace. Your data is embedded on upload.

Bring Your Own Model

Within HumanFirst you can connect to any LLM, and switch between models for different tasks. Navigate to the Integrations tab, select “Add Integration,” choose your model provider(s) and input your API key(s).

Build Your Own Workflow

Engineer prompts to summarize and structure your data for the task at hand; extract custom insights, analyze conversations at scale, or generate new data. Easily group, label, and organize your work within the HumanFirst platform.
