Connect to your Microsoft Dynamics 365
After adding the app to your Infobip account, enter your Microsoft Dynamics 365 credentials and map your Microsoft Dynamics 365 data to Infobip People.
Activate the data sync in the Infobip portal
While the data sync is active, customer profile updates and events in Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be reflected in Infobip People, and vice versa.
