Maistral is a company specializing in strategic consulting and developing intelligent solutions for diverse companies.We are driven with the passion for innovation and application of conversational and generative AI technologies in various business areas.Through co-creation and ideation, we are helping companies to innovate and:develop generative AI strategy and implementation roadmap for selected strategic initiatives;develop chatbot solutions, powered by generative AI through Infobip platform to achieve meaningful process automation;accelerate content generation (creation of engaging written content, visuals, videos, and multimedia assets). We are founded in 2023, but experience of our team encompasses 13+ years in the KPMG Management Consulting on technology projects, spanning from core banking replacements, developing innovative solutions for digital lending and digital customer onboarding, global ERP / SAP implementation and designing and implementing reporting systems for companies in various industries.These projects have been delivered for high profile customers like Societe Generale Group, Erste Group, Croatia osiguranje, and some notable government owned companies in the infrastructure and transportation sector. It also encompasses 3 years of experience in Infobip, working in international environment in the fast moving high tech industry, leading integration of OpenMarket, US company acquired for $300 million. Integration has also included complex technology migration to Infobip’s core communication platform in order to enable US customers high quality global connectivity and access to more innovative products and features. Maistral team is dedicated on building long-term relationships and business partnerships.
