Harry Wordsworth was previously the Chief Customer Officer for UKI at Oracle and currently is the Customer Experience and Transformation Director at Oracle, working across all industries, from the Public Sector to the Commercial Sector. He is a Trustee and Board Member of the National Autistic Society and a Member of the European Customer Experience Organisation.
Ed Swain
Helping CX professionals become champions for over 15 years, Ed has data in his DNA. Focused on finding solutions to Oracle’s leading customer’s biggest Sales, Marketing and Service challenges he leads a team of specialists covering U.K. and Ireland. Prior to Oracle, Ed spent time at Domo and over five years at Webtrends, a founding web analytics company whose core technology was acquired by Oracle.
